Which is stronger ABS-GF or TPU?
ABS is strong in the way you think something can be strong, but is somewhat brittle. TPU is flexible, abrasion resistant, and extremely resistant to impacts because of its flexible nature. If you hit ABS with a dead blow hammer it will crack, TPU just shrugs it off. We have video.

Why are there lines on the surface and not smooth?
This is a 3d printed part. The texture is a function of how it is made. We do not sand or prepare parts in any way after printing. ABS can be sanded and painted if you wish. TPU is unlikely to hold paint for any period of time because of its flexible nature.
